Billing

You only pay for the number activation fees first. Monthly subscription + usage charges are sent out via e-invoices around 10th of the following month. If there is no dispute on the billed amount, it will be auto-deducted from your credit/debit card used to pay for the activation fees.

How it works

Each user will login via the BizPhone mobile/desktop app, which is tagged with a Singapore virtual phone number. When someone calls the landline, the app rings. You can also make outgoing calls via the app. The landline number will be the caller ID shown on the recipient phone.

All incoming calls are free, no matter wherever you are in the world as long as your phone has an internet connection. Outgoing calls to Singapore is charged at SGD0.03/min. International calls will be charged depending on the call destination (contact us for international call rates)

There are no hardware required, but if you still prefer to use an IP phone, we can support that too. When you have new users, simply add online and download app into user’s phone.
