What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?
FUP refers to Fair Usage Policy practiced by Internet Service Providers worldwide whereby it throttles Internet Speeds on unlimited plans so as to prevent misuse or excessive use of bandwidth provided. When you exceed the daily FUP threshold, the internet speed may be slower but not less than 384kbps (except in UAE).
Which phones are eSIM compatible?
Check your phone settings for option to ‘add eSIM’.
Android: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > add eSIM
iOS: Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data > add eSIM
How do I receive & install my Szoove eSIM?
Upon successful payment, we will email the eSIM QR code and installation steps to you within 1 working day. Scan QR code and follow instructions on your device to install Szoove eSIM.
Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at the end of each 30 days cycle.
How to activate Szoove eSIM data plan?
Switch on Szoove eSIM on your device. Select Szoove for mobile data, then turn on data roaming. Make sure Auto Data Switching is switched off on your device to prevent triggering data roaming on other SIM cards in your device (if any).
Is the data plan subscription on auto-renewal?
Data packages will auto-renew at the same price tier. Each renewal is for a block 30 days.
Can I delete eSIM from my old phone and reinstall into my new phone
Each eSIM can only be installed once. If you wish to reinstall on a new phone or accidentally delete eSIM, kindly reach out to us via szoove@brightline.com.sg for assistance.
4G everywhere? How about 5G?
All destinations covered are 4G enabled. The actual speed will depend on the local telco’s network coverage. Szoove eSIM is 5G ready so it will connect via 5G when our international partners offers 5G data roaming.

What if i want to cancel?
You can cancel your data plan before the next renewal cycle begins. Once the new cycle starts, you can only terminate at the end of the cycle. Send an email to szoove@brightline.com.sg for termination request.
